Who we are

Morgan & Ainsworth is an estate agency in Cheshire. In this notice, "we" means Morgan & Ainsworth. You can reach us at hello@morganandainsworth.co.uk.

What we collect

Only what you type into our forms: your name, email address and telephone number, and whatever you tell us about the home you want to sell or buy. We do not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.

Why we use it

To reply to you, to arrange valuations and viewings, and to tell you about homes that match what you asked for. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering an enquiry you chose to send, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract with you.

Who sees it

Our own team, and Hostinger, the company that hosts this website and stores what you send on its servers. We never sell your details or pass them to anyone for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a sale or purchase are deleted after twelve months. If you join the Quiet List, we keep your details until you ask us to remove them, and we will check once a year that you still want to hear from us.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, and you can object to our use of it. Email us and we will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
